Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of the services provided by Marina Infotech (the "Company"). By using the services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use the services.

Services

The Company provides web design and development services to clients. The services include but are not limited to, website design, website development, e-commerce solutions, content management systems, and search engine optimization.

Payment

All payments for services must be made in full before the completion of the project. The Company reserves the right to discontinue services if payment is not received on time. The Company also reserves the right to charge late fees for payments made after the due date.

Refunds

Refunds will not be given for services already provided. The Company will work with the client to make any necessary revisions to the project until the client is satisfied.

Intellectual Property

The Company retains ownership of all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, source code, design elements, and content, developed during the course of the project. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the intellectual property for the intended purpose of the project.

Confidentiality

The Company shall keep all information provided by the client confidential and shall not disclose such information to any third party without the client's consent.

Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the services provided. The client shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims arising out of the use of the services provided.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions or the services provided by the Company shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions or the services provided by the Company shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the client regarding the use of the services provided and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without notice. The client is responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions on a regular basis. Continued use of the services provided by the Company constitutes acceptance of any changes to these terms and conditions.
